1. Not financial advice
Riprop is an analysis and research tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. All signals, pattern matches, and AI-generated reasoning are for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past pattern performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose money.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Riprop. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you understand the risks involved in trading financial instruments.
3. Paper trading mode
Riprop offers a paper trading mode that simulates trades without real money. We strongly recommend using paper trading for at least 30 days before risking real capital. Riprop bears no responsibility for losses incurred when using live trading signals.
4. No liability for trading losses
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Riprop and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) for Indian users and US Dollars ($) for US users.
6. Data retention
Signal history is stored for 12 months from the date of generation. After this period, historical signal data may be deleted. Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
7. Intellectual property
All platform code, AI models, pattern databases, and content are the property of Riprop. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Riprop to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) scrape, bulk-download, or otherwise extract data from the platform; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer the AI models or scoring systems.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
